Comentar Bem Ou Mal Na Internet? O Engajamento De Viajantes Em Reviews De Hotã‰Is

Abstract

Cada vez mais a internet é utilizada como fonte de informações para viajantes. Assim, esse estudo tem como objetivo avaliar o conteúdo da mensagem proveniente do engajamento de viajantes com hotéis de um destino turístico em reviews online, comparando os websites de planejamento de viagens Booking.com e TripAdvisor. O método utilizado foi qualitativo e exploratório, por meio da análise de conteúdo de dados secundários presentes em 606 reviews de seis hotéis de Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais. Os estudos demonstraram que a maioria dos viajantes pondera entre pontos positivos e negativos da estadia, oferecendo pistas sobre a reputação do destino turístico.
