Estudio Del Perfil Del Consumidor En Servicios Turã Sticos De La Zona Sur Del Estado De Quintana Roo

Abstract

La actividad económica proveniente del turismo ha significado históricamente una gran importancia para el desarrollo del Estado de Quintana Roo, sin embrago en el sur del estado no se ha logrado potencializar el desarrollo en este rubro, aprovechando los recursos con los que se cuenta, es importante señalar que debido a la poca importancias que se le ha dado a este sector económico no se cuenta con información relevante que permita tomar decisiones a los hacedores de política económica o a los potenciales inversionistas. Por tal motivo se desarrolló una investigación en los municipios de Othón P. Blanco y Bacalar, con el fin de estudiar y determinar el perfil del consumidor de productos y/o servicios turísticos en esta región.
