Abstract

El turismo resalta su importancia en la globalización en el siglo XX con el turismo de masas, sin embargo también demanda un turismo comunitario con enfoque sustentable, debido a la falta de bienestar social y al descontrol en el uso de suelo por la creciente población que se asienta en busca de incorporarse al desarrollo regional, bajo el supuesto de que las empresas transnacionales turísticas no contribuyen; al bienestar social, al buen funcionamiento del uso de suelo y genera alto impacto ambiental, a través de la evaluación de los indicadores de marginación, y de los asentamientos humanos por medio de ortofotos e imágenes satelitales, que responde a la cuestión ¿Cuáles son los cambios en el espacio y tiempo de Bahía de Banderas Nayarit, con la inserción de empresas transnacionales turísticas, para promover nuevas alternativas de bajo impacto ambiental? con la determinación para un turismo de desarrollo ambiental.
