El diseño de rutas turísticas: una clara muestra de la primacía de los incentivadores sobre los facilitadores

Abstract

El artículo consiste en una reflexión sobre el proceso de diseño de las rutas turísticas como un caso demostrativo de que los incentivadores (atractivos), son el elemento fundamental en la actividad turística y que los facilitadores lo que hacen es propiciar a los turistas mejores condiciones para disfrutar de aquello que motivó el desplazamiento. Asimismo, se explica como esta reflexión sobre el proceso de diseño de las rutas turísticas, conduce a la posición de considerar necesario un mayor análisis crítico de la realidad turística como forma de alimentar la teoría del turismo y contribuir a la mejora del pensamiento científico sobre esta actividad humana.
