Abstract

Deporte y Turismo son dos actividades en pleno desarrollo en la sociedad contemporánea. Ambos sistemas, deportivo y turístico, son actividades destacadas en las prácticas de ocio de en la mayor parte de los países más avanzados. En la actualidad la formula que combina turismo y deporte, se está constituyendo como uno de los atractivos más importantes en la nueva oferta turística, ya que es un mercado en expansión y ofrece grandes beneficios económicos a nivel local, autonómico y nacional. Precisamente este artículo pretende fijar la atención en una modalidad turística susceptible de ampliación y desarrollo en nuestro país: el turismo deportivo
