Abstract

Este texto es una revisión general sobre el turismo en Páztcuaro. Se trata de un acercamiento que recupera varios aspectos de esta ciudad con relación al turismo. Aborda realidades actuales a modo de contexto. Recupera memorias –la indígena y la colonial-. Rememora la utopía del tata Vasco. Revisa discursos e imaginarios de la ciudad y sobre el turismo. Se acerca a la magia y el patrimonio, así como a la otra magia de los datos duros sociodemográficos y económicos del municipio. En fin una revisión general de la localidad con relación al turismo, entre otras cosas, en la actualidad.
