El Aprovechamiento Del Producto Turístico De Zaruma, Desde La Acción Universitaria

Abstract

Diseñar un producto significa estar pensando en el turista, utilizando su visión, sus expectativas y sus intereses sociales por lo que constituye una importante implicación para el marketing de las empresas del sector en general, y las oficinas nacionales y regionales de turismo que se encarguen de gestionar y promocional dicho producto local, buscando el posicionamiento del producto, desarrollo y mejora del mismo, a partir de identificar necesidades y deseos del público objetivo. Entonces, como diseñar un producto turístico que se adecue las necesidades y aspiraciones del público exigente, desde la intervención de la Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador, a través de la aplicación de un proyecto universitario en el Cantón Zaruma de la Provincia del Oro.
