Abstract

La clase dominante, los propietarios del gran capital turístico (alojamiento, transporte, gastronomía y entretenimiento nocturno) junto con los encargados de las gestiones estatales de promoción y creación de actividades que inciten el fluyo turístico son quienes se encuentran en posición de privilegio en el rumbo y orientación del proyecto turístico, que en términos de beneficio y bienestar en la calidad de vida de los pobladores de la ciudad de Zacatecas-Guadalupe ha sido poco relevante. El proyecto turístico del chz protege el patrimonio de los zacatecanos con el fin de rentabilizarlo pero no crea condiciones mínimas para el mejoramiento de sus condiciones de vida. El poder emanado de la acumulación de capital relega y excluye a todos aquellos actores y agentes que no congenian con el interés económico. Condiciones sociales, políticas y ambientales ajenas a la rentabilización del capital no tienen relevancia.
