Gestión De Herramienta Informática Web En Destinos Turísticos De Cuba

Abstract

La rápida evolución en el mundo de la informática ha permitido la creación de una tecnología web, lo que constituye un fenómeno sociocultural y comunicacional de gran importancia. Estas tecnologías, han hecho que la industria turística desarrolle un papel predominante ante el desafío que las mismas ofrecen. Es importante para los destinos turísticos cubanos y sus entidades contar con una herramienta informática web, dada la necesidad de gestionar la información, potenciar los arribos de turistas y obtener retroalimentación del cliente sobre los productos y servicios turísticos, incrementando las compras on line a través de link con www.cubatravel.cu, dada las limitaciones que presenta el país para la concreción inmediata de la comercialización a través del comercio electrónico con transacciones financieras. Por ello, se propone un proceder que permite gestionar una herramienta informática web, concebida mediante niveles de integración a nivel de destino y de organizaciones turísticas, en el que cada uno de ellos revela su propia complejidad, proporcionando un uso eficiente de palabras claves y facilitando un buen posicionamiento del destino y sus entidades en los motores de búsquedas, la creación de enlaces entre diferentes sitios de Cuba y del destino, así como los vínculos con otros sitios de marketing electrónico, lo que permite a los directivos el proceso de toma de decisiones de forma sostenible, proporcionando a los usuarios conocimientos sólidos y fidedignos sobre la oferta del producto turístico y generando un marco de encuentro virtual con el cliente.
