Propuesta Metodológica Para La Gestión Integral De Proyectos Turísticos

Abstract

La Dirección Integrada de Proyectos en las empresas que brindan servicios asociados a la hospitalidad constituye un instrumento para lograr ventajas competitivas. En Cuba su aplicación no está muy difundida en gran medida debido a su desconocimiento. El estudio propuso el diseño de una metodología integral para la gestión de proyectos turísticos; que contribuye a la formación profesional del estudiante de Licenciatura en Turismo, en tanto constituye un recurso didáctico que facilita la asimilación y motiva la integración de contenidos, técnicas y herramientas de otras asignaturas de la carrera. El concepto de proyecto turístico que se presentó y las bases metodológicas que sustentan la propuesta, guían el diseño para crear nuevos productos turísticos, rediseñarlos, agregarles valor o mejorar su comercialización a través de cuatro fases que constituyen los cuatro momentos previos a la ejecución de un proyecto: Conceptualización, Diseño de la Configuración, Organización de la Ejecución y Evaluación de la Factibilidad del proyecto.
