Turismo Del Vino: Una Aproximación A Las Buenas Prácticas

Abstract

Durante las dos últimas décadas se aprecia una evolución importante de los intereses y exigencias de los consumidores de actividades turísticas. Estos intereses se han enfocado sobre todo en destinos geográficos que poseen patrimonios culturales, gastronomía tradicional, prácticas religiosas y otros atractivos turísticos que responden a las nuevas necesidades y demandas de los turistas durante su tiempo de ocio. Al mismo tiempo, este nuevo tipo de turismo ha surgido como una nueva actividad económica complementaria, generadora de desarrollo local en las zonas geográficas afectadas. En este contexto, el turismo del vino (enoturismo) ha adquirido mayor relevancia en España y hemos considerado pertinente y necesario realizar una aproximación comparativa internacional a la actividad enoturística. Para ello, se utiliza el benchmarking como instrumento de análisis en la definición y el aprovechamiento de las "buenas prácticas" asociadas a esta modalidad del turismo.
