Abstract

La gestión ambiental del Patrimonio Cultural se convierte cada día más en un imperativo del desarrollo local, por eso es imprescindible iniciar los estudios de diagnósticos y propuestas de estrategias para la determinación de recursos en función del desarrollo de un turismo patrimonial, sustentado en la visualización, formación de conocimientos y la planificación de una nueva forma de economía en contextos de alto valor histórico-social y cultural. Se parte de una propuesta metodológica para establecer un diagnóstico de los contextos patrimoniales desde la perspectiva del desarrollo local, con el ella se contribuirá a la proyección de un futuro turismo patrimonial en Cienfuegos y proveer a los actores sociales de un inventario de recursos patrimoniales no realizado hasta la fecha, lo que lleva a una correcta gestión con un óptimo aprovechamiento de las potencialidades que nos identifican, distinguen y diferencian como Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad.
