Abstract

Desde los problemas para entrar en una agencia de viajes en una silla de ruedas, para encontrar portales de Internet turísticos que estén adaptados para invidentes, hasta poder embarcar en un avión, subirse a un taxi, entrar en un museo, llegar hasta la orilla del mar o poder disfrutar de una exposición de arte, los discapacitados y personas con movilidad reducida se encuentran con multitud de obstáculos cuando deciden disfrutar de su tiempo libre. Este es un mercado muy poco estudiado y explotado desde el punto de vista turístico en Cuba, por ello decidimos dedicar nuestra investigación a este segmento en específico, analizando su factibilidad a partir de herramientas de la Dirección Integrada de Proyectos.
