Implicaciones Energético-Económicas De La Espontánea Gestión Tecnológica En Los Hoteles Turísticos Del Polo Jardines Del Rey

Abstract

La política científica cubana aspira a lograr la integración entre sus dos pilares básicos: asimilación de conocimientos y tecnologías internacionales y la generación de nuevos conocimientos y tecnologías propias. El desarrollo científico tecnológico del país presta atención priorizada al proceso de generación y asimilación de conocimientos y tecnologías. Este tiene lugar en los centros de investigación y universidades para que los resultados de impacto probado se introduzcan con celeridad en el proceso de demanda y gestión tecnológica que tiene lugar en las empresas, eslabón en el cual se materializa el cambio tecnológico. Las prioridades de la ciencia y la innovación en Cuba definen en primer lugar el desarrollo energético sostenible. En noviembre del 2001, el Departamento de Industria Básica del Comité Central del Partido elaboró un documento donde se señalan deficiencias en la gestión energética empresarial como los principales elementos que atentan contra la eficiencia energética y el ahorro en el país.
