Abstract

Procedimiento para evaluar el desempeño de los recursos humanos, basado en sus competencias mediante la lógica difusa. Al desarrollar la evaluación del desempeño de los recursos humanos (EDRH) se debe partir de reconocer que ésta se encuentra condicionada por múltiples criterios (la experiencia, la responsabilidad, el conocimiento profesional, la autoestima, el liderazgo). Sin embargo los métodos tradicionales son propensos a utilizar cifras exactas para cuantificar cada uno de los criterios. A pesar de la complejidad y vaguedad de los atributos a contemplar lo que resulta en la práctica difícil de implantar.
