Abstract

Estudar a sinalização turística torna-se bastante relevante, pois como outros recursos necessários a um destino turístico, sinalizar também é essencial para que a grande maioria das pessoas que visitam determinado destino tenham informações sobre determinados atrativos. Essas informações nem sempre estão disponíveis nos folhetos turísticos, pois geralmente esses folhetos apresentam dados mais generalizados a cerca do destino como um todo. Por isso justifica-se a importância desse estudo que tem como objetivo avaliar se os usuários do pontal norte estão satisfeitos com as placas sinalizadoras existentes no local a fim de conhecer se a sinalização turística no local cumpre seu papel em informar sobre o local de forma simples e concisa todos os usuários.
