Abstract

En los últimos tiempos, el mercado se ha caracterizado por una evolución constante, aparece un cliente exigente que no está dispuesto a aceptar excusas en la calidad del producto o del servicio que se le ofrece, por lo que las Organizaciones Turísticas deben ser capaces de captar sus exigencias y de aumentar permanentemente su satisfacción, ya que solo las entidades que se caractericen por la calidad de sus servicios sobreviven en el mercado, alcanzan notoriedad y prosperan, esto solo se logra si existe una capacidad para adaptarse a estos cambios por parte de la Dirección, la Organización y las Personas que son precisamente las ejecutoras de estos procesos.
