Abstract

El presente artículo expone un caso de acción pública local en el municipio de Ciudad Valles, S.L.P: el proyecto denominado Ciclovía, el cual se presentó e implemento durante el periodo 2018-2021 en el gobierno municipal de Ciudad Valles presidido por el alcalde Adrián Esper Cárdenas; la Ciclovía formó parte de una serie de obras públicas que se anunciaron como parte de una reconfiguración de los espacios públicos locales y se presentó mediante una maqueta como una obra innovadora que tenía como finalidad posicionar a la ciudad como un atractivo para el turismo y la inversión; para su estudio y análisis se revisaron documentos oficiales como el plan estatal y municipal de desarrollo, se revisaron artículos y declaraciones de la prensa nacional, estatal y local y finalmente se muestran resultados y conclusiones sobre la temática de estudio.
