La Auditoría Forense En El Sistema Público Federal De México

Abstract

En el presente estudio, se expone una indagación en atención a la aplicación de la auditoria forense en México, instrumento de fiscalización reconocido en la legislación nacional que sustenta las bases del Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción; herramienta sistemática y especializada que se apoya en las demás disciplinas y en el método científico para combatir el fenómeno de la corrupción que ha incidido en gran medida en los matices económicos, políticos y sociales. A pesar de sus características que la hacen especial en su género en la lucha contra la corrupción en el ámbito público; en correlación a los datos emitidos por la Auditoria Superior de la Federación se exhibe su escasa ejecución al representar sólo el 0.6% en concordancia al total de tales actos de fiscalización consumados del 2000 al 2018, refiriendo con su génesis de cumplimiento a partir del 2009.
