Abstract

La horizontalidad colaborativa de la información por medio de internet y las redes sociales virtuales, hace hoy que los canales informales de acceso abierto al conocimiento se consoliden y se conviertan un valor agregado al capital social de la construcción de nuevos saberes; el caso de la Biblioteca Virtual de Investigación, es un ejemplo de ello. Es por ello que se realiza un análisis de su importancia, por medio de un estudio con los usuarios de la página en internet, así como el cruce de información en su sitio web y redes sociales.
