Facultades Discrecionales Del Sat En Deducciones Personales Y Derechos Humanos

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se tiene como principal objetivo el poder analizar las diferentes actuaciones que tiene el Servicio de Administración Tributaria, identificar las facultades discrecionales y conocer que tanto afecta los derechos humanos de las personas físicas que tributan en el país. La autoridad en busca de su propio beneficio, se permite hacer uso de facultades que exceden el poder que les otorga la ley en perjuicio del bienestar de la persona física, todo esto lo podemos observar con las diversas sentencias que han llevado a cabo los contribuyentes cuando las autoridades quieren limitar los estímulos violentando sus derechos.
