Análisis De Condicionantes Ambientales En La Vivienda De Interés Social Para La Zona Cálida Subhúmeda

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta resultados de investigación del cuerpo académico UASLPCA-286-Patrimonio, Turismo y Desarrollo; alineados a la temática de Urbanismo y arquitectura sustentable; donde se analiza con base al gráfico de Olgyay el confort térmico en la vivienda de interés social en serie construida a base de muros de block y estructura de ferro concreto; con el fin de valorar si cumplen con características adecuadas de habitabilidad y urbano arquitectónicas sustentables. En el año 2019 se establecen seis viviendas de interés social como objeto de estudio para posteriormente, en el periodo de un año; 2019 - 2020, y con los equipos de medición que se obtuvieron gracias al apoyo del Programa para el Desarrollo Profesional Docente PRODEP, se registraron parámetros micro climáticos interiores y exteriores como la temperatura, humedad relativa y velocidad del viento con la intención de calcular el confort térmico e inferir en recomendaciones para realizar ajustes en el ambiente y materialidad de la vivienda, con los que se prevé disminuir los efectos climáticos desfavorables que merman el confort y calidad de vida del usuario.
