Rasgos Del Emprendedor Potosino: Un Análisis Entre Hombres Y Mujeres

Abstract

El estudio sobre las actitudes de los emprendedores se desarrolla a partir de la complejidad para caracterizar al perfil promedio debido a la amplia variedad de emprendedores. En respuesta a esta situación, los expertos proponen no solo estudiar las características personales y sus funciones sino el proceso individual del emprendedor y sus componentes (Bucardo y Saavedra, 2015). La presente investigación tiene como objetivo representar actitudes, valores y rasgos de la personalidad en un grupo de emprendedores potosinos analizando si existen diferencias entre mujeres y hombres. Con este propósito se recolectó una muestra de 272 emprendedores potosinos tomando en cuenta valores asociados al individualismo y colectivismo, así como rasgos de la personalidad orientados a la autoconfianza y propensión al riesgo. Para ello, se realizó un análisis de validez y fiabilidad al instrumento para así describir los factores involucrados en el perfil del emprendedor potosino.
