Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad presentar la metodología para la elaboración o construcción de un proyecto productivo, que servirá como una herramienta para los emprendedores quienes estén por iniciar su empresa. Existen manuales o lineamientos de como elaborar proyectos o planes de negocio, no obstante, un proyecto no funciona igual en un mismo lugar o región, la situación socio económica, juega un papel muy importante al momento de crear la empresa. La metodología consistirá en adaptar esos elementos básicos que apoyen al emprendedor como lo son los estudios de mercado, técnico y financiero, además de utilizar indicadores financieros que sirvan para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto por medio de las técnicas (Periodo de Recuperación, Valor Presente Neto y Tasa Interna de Retorno).
