Problemática De La Productividad En México: Una Revisión De Literatura

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo sistematizar un conjunto de información reciente sobre la productividad en México, de forma tal que sirva a los interesados para identificar aquellos factores clave que explican el comportamiento de esta variable. Para lo anterior se realiza un análisis de contenido y una revisión de literatura. Los resultados sugieren que, si bien la productividad depende del comportamiento del mercado y de procesos históricos previos, existen acciones que pueden influir en favorecer su desempeño, tales como la mejor capacitación de la fuerza laboral, la movilización de los factores hacia sectores de mayor productividad, el fomento a la infraestructura de calidad, la mejora del entorno de negocios y el impulso a la innovación.
