Abstract

El presente artículo evidencia las acciones realizadas en un proceso de empoderamiento social realizado en zonas rurales del municipio de Sabanalarga, departamento del Atlántico – Colombia, en respuesta a una problemática socio-organizacional manifiesta en ese territorio, alrededor de actividades productivas. El producto académico es resultado de un proceso de investigación-intervención, orientado a ambientar procesos de sensibilización y acercamiento entre gobierno, sociedad civil y el “sector empresarial”, a fin de promover ambientes gratificantes de conocimiento, la multiplicación de momentos de verdad y sinergia entre los distintos actores y la promoción de liderazgos transformadores, capaces de romper la inercia del estado de cosas imperante que produce bajo desarrollo productivo.
