Abstract

La gestión del conocimiento es la gestión de los activos intangibles que generan valor para la organización. La mayoría de estos intangibles tienen que ver con procesos relacionados de una u otra forma con la captación, estructuración y transmisión de conocimiento. El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar que la generación de valor en las organizaciones es producto del poder del conocimiento que hay en la gerencia y en toda la organización con su capital humano acompañado de la información oportuna.
