El Tipo Penal De Trata De Personas En México

Abstract

La trata de personas a nivel mundial se considera un problema emergente. En donde todas las naciones han caminado a realizar adecuaciones a su normativa interna con la finalidad de dar un mayor alcance de protección a las víctimas directas de este delito, y por derivación un mayor alcance de sanción a los sujetos que realizan esta acción. México con la finalidad de ajustarse a lo pactado en materia de trata de personas, ha efectuado algunos cambios normativos, con el fin de hacerlos efectivos dentro de nuestro Estado. Razón por la cual, entender la forma en que el tipo penal de trata de personas en México se encamina del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos, trae aparejado una nueva forma de visualizar las responsabilidades universales. Por lo cual, el trabajo revisará desde una metodología específica, la incorporación del tipo penal de trata de personas en nuestro país, particularizado de la ratificación del Protocolo de Palermo.
