Abstract

El fin de la incorporación de elementos de la administración privada a lo público en la última década es contar con una mejor burocracia, adecuar los servicios públicos y prestar servicios de calidad gubernamental. En los últimos años han surgido una serie de retos y desafíos para mejorar la prestación de servicios públicos municipales en entidades como San Luis Potosí y para ello el presente trabajo de investigación pretende determinar el nivel de profesionalización del servicio público en el gobierno municipal de Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí.
