Diplomado Sial: Un Aporte Para El Fortalecimiento Del Sistema De Innovación Agropecuario Local En El Municipio Jesús Menéndez

Abstract

La investigación se realizó en el período comprendido entre los meses de enero a junio de 2017, con el objetivo de proponer un plan de acción para facilitar la impartición de un diplomado con enfoque participativo que permita fortalecer el “Sistema de Innovación Agropecuario Local (SIAL)” en el municipio Jesús Menéndez de la provincia Las Tunas. Se diagnosticaron los contextos agropecuarios y de innovación a partir del empleo de métodos teóricos y empíricos, identificándose insuficiencia en ambos sentidos que limitan el desarrollo del territorio y que se sintetizan en dimensiones enfocadas hacia la seguridad alimentaria, la innovación, el medio ambiente, la gestión del conocimiento y la participación como fundamentales. Sobre dichas bases se diseñó un programa y el plan de acciones que fue validado como herramienta factible y pertinente para contribuir al desarrollo del SIAL en el municipio.
