Abstract

Este trabajo explica la contradicción entre el discurso tradicional del desarrollo sustentable y las trayectorias por las cuales ha intentado concretarse en la gestión del recurso eólico en el Istmo de Tehuantepec, especialmente en Ciudad Ixtepec, subrayando la necesidad de analizar primordialmente las interacciones entre los actores implicados, quienes se disputan el aprovechamiento del potencial eólico en la zona, siguiendo el esquema de manejo de recursos, lo que abre la discusión sobre el desarrollo sustentable como un proceso de aprendizaje.
