Sistema experto para mejorar la salud nutricional mediante la evaluación y recomendación de dietas nutricionales

Abstract

El constante cambio tecnológico y el aumento de los malos hábitos alimenticios de la población traen como consecuencia una baja calidad nutricional. La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo demostrar como los sistemas expertos contribuyen en la salud nutricional de la población peruana, mediante la evaluación del estado nutricional y recomendación de las dietas nutricionales. Para ello, se considerará los estudios antropométricos y el estado actual del paciente. Asimismo, se utilizó la metodología CommonKADS para plasmar mediante lógicas de programación el conocimiento del experto en nutrición, y la metodología Scrum para el desarrollo del sistema experto. Se utilizó una muestra de 31 evaluaciones nutricionales de los pacientes del centro nutricional SION. Los resultados demuestran que el sistema experto mejora en un 65.52% la evaluación integral de nutrición y que representa una disminución de 27 minutos en promedio, en comparación con el uso del sistema tradicional.
