La cooperativa no agropecuaria Confecciones Model: sus relaciones intergenéricas

Abstract

La investigación persiguió como objetivo analizar las relaciones de género desde una perspectiva jurídica en la cooperativa no agropecuaria (CNA) Confecciones Model.La metodología utilizada incluyó la aplicación de los métodos de observación, histórico, comparativo y análisis de texto, además de las técnicas de cuestionarios y revisión de documentos. El resultado consistió en la realización de un diagnóstico de las relaciones de género aplicando la perspectiva jurídica en una CNA. Entre las conclusiones preliminares se halló que la creación y desarrollo de la CNA está surgiendo en contradicción con los principios que promueve, privilegiando la economía sobre los valores sociales.
