La planeación fiscal como estrategia para la toma de decisiones

Abstract

La planeación Fiscal es un concepto importante para la optimización de la carga impositiva en México, este tipo de planeación bien estructurada permite que la empresa de cualquier sector controle y reduzca de una manera legal la carga de los impuestos, sin caer en desesperados métodos de evasión o elusión fiscal, por lo que, esta disminución planeada y legal logra una optimización en la utilidad neta que beneficia a los socios de las empresas. Este artículo pretende describir argumentos sobre la importancia de la Planificación Tributaria como una estrategia en la toma de decisiones, así como una herramienta legitima del contribuyente en la gestión empresarial.
