Especificación de un modelo para el estudio de la flexibilidad laboral en IES y MIPYMES formadoras del capital intelectual

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es especificar un modelo para el estudio de la flexibilidad laboral, considerando tres categorías; mecanización, automatización y digitalización y seis aspectos; rotación de turnos, contratación de personal, capacitación de personal, formación laboral, selección de personal y gestión laboral. Se realizó un estudio documental con una selección intencional de fuentes indexadas a repositorios internacionales, considerando el periodo de 2010 a 2019 y criterios de búsqueda por palabras claves. Se utilizó la técnica Delphi para el análisis de extractos seleccionados y el procesamiento en una matriz de contenido en tres rondas; la primera relativa a la discusión de la representación conceptual y calificación de elementos; la segunda alusiva a la conceptualización de las variables e indicadores; la tercera referente a la especificación de un modelo para el estudio del fenómeno; aunque el diseño de la investigación limitó los alcances de la propuesta a un escenario contingente, sugiriendo la extensión y contraste del mismo en contextos de riesgo.
