Aprovechamiento de subproductos agronómicos

Abstract

Como resultado de la actividad agropecuaria del ser humano, se generan residuos y subproductos que impactan de manera negativa en el ambiente. El objetivo de este trabajo fue recopilar información sobre la producción de productos vegetales y de las características de los residuos que se generan de esta actividad, así como algunas propuestas de aprovechamiento de los mismos. Esta revisión pretende mostrar un panorama que sirva como punto de partida para el aprovechamiento de residuos agronómicos tanto a nivel artesanal como industrial.
