Abstract

El comportamiento de compra del consumidor ha pasado por una serie de cambios constantes, donde sus decisiones se ven influenciadas por diversas variables, aunado a ello en la actualidad la exigencia al momento de comprar se ha vuelto más contundente buscando obtener beneficios mayores a cambio de la inversión que se pretende realizar, las compras de vehículos se consideran de mayor relevancia debido a las fuertes sumas de dinero que se manejan, por lo que en el presente artículo se hace una investigación documental acerca de algunos elementos que intervienen en el proceso de compra de un automóvil, como son el color, modelo, tipo de combustible, precio, y condición de pago, los cuales pueden influir en la toma de decisión del consumidor al momento de adquirir un vehículo nuevo.
