Sistema integrado de gestión para la empresa agropecuaria Majibacoa, Las Tunas, Cuba

Abstract

La investigación se realizó en el municipio Majibacoa, provincia de Las Tunas para contribuir al desarrollo agrario del territorio, mediante la propuesta de una alianza estratégica como sustento para la gestión del proceso de innovación tecnológica en la Empresa Agropecuaria. Se identificaron factores relacionados con la gestión del conocimiento y la cultura organizacional que afectan al proceso de innovación. Finalmente se valoró mediante el criterio de usuarios y el de expertos, cuyos resultados coinciden, se obtuvo un índice de aceptación alto y una pertinencia muy adecuada, lo que significa que es válida para su aplicación. Se aportan algunos resultados preliminares de su impacto socioeconómico.
