El Desarrollo De Roma Y La China Quin

Abstract

En este artículo mostraremos como los Imperios de Roma y de la China Qin llegaron a ser un espectacular ejemplo de las ventajas del atraso y de la paradoja de la violencia, combinando los métodos organizativos creados en los núcleos más antiguos con los métodos militares forjados en violentas fronteras; vías por las que pudieron llegar a crear tal grado de desarrollo social -más alto que el de cualquier periodo histórico anterior- que permitió fundir Oriente y Occidente en un nuevo concepto denominado Euroasia. Pero también indicaremos como su caída provocó la adopción de nuevas ideas religiosas –cristianismo y budismo- que proponiendo las ideas de misericordia, caridad, justicia, pureza, redención personal y resurrección, produjeron la concepción axial del ser humano.
