Vinculación Uaslp - Sagarpa En El Marco De La Participación Del Equipo Multidisciplinario En El Componente Arráigate

Abstract

El artículo describe la experiencia de vinculación con los sectores gubernamental y educativo a través de una propuesta de intervención multidisciplinaria de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, con el componente ARRÁIGATE, de la Secretaría de Agricultura Ganadería Desarrollo Rural Pesca y Alimentación (SAGARPA) enfocadas a establecer un proyecto de emprendimiento para pequeños productores, en un grupo de 25 jóvenes en la zona altiplano del Estado. El objetivo fue empoderar y proporcionar herramientas metodológicas para el diseño de un proyecto productivo acorde a los recursos materiales de infraestructura y humanos con los que cuenta la comunidad, para implementase en la producción, consumo y venta de productos agroindustriales, que para este caso fueron caprinos y sus derivados.
