Estresores De Estudiantes De Licenciatura En Enfermería En La Práctica Clínica

Abstract

Enfermería considerada profesión de alto riesgo por presencia de factores estresantes desde la formación1 al enfrentarse al dolor, sufrimiento, muerte y exigencias académicas, situaciones que influyen en desempeño académico, deserción o rezago escolar, prevenibles al identificarse con oportunidad. Objetivo: Determinar los estresores en estudiantes de Licenciatura en Enfermería en la práctica clínica. Se hizo un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, con 174 alumnos de IV y VIII semestre, se aplicó el cuestionario KEZKAK2, diseñado con nueve factores estresores, 62 ítems medido con escala tipo Likert. 80% mujeres, edad promedio, 21 años, estresores identificados en nivel alto: falta de competencia, impotencia e incertidumbre; nivel medio: implicación emocional y contacto con sufrimiento. Estrés global para semestres iniciales fueron: impotencia e incertidumbre, que el paciente busque una relacion; para semestres superiores: implicación emocional, relacion con tutores y compañeros, sobrecarga de tareas. Se concluye que identificar los estresores permite plantear estrategias, buscar alternativas y enfrentar con exito la práctica clínica.
