Beneficios De Las Encuestas Electrónicas Como Apoyo Para La Investigación

Abstract

En cualquier tipo de investigación dónde la opinión o percepción de personas es importante, la aplicación de encuestas es una opción muy útil tanto para tener evidencias como para contabilizar sus respuestas y generar estadísticas que permitan interpretar resultados y en ciertos casos tomar decisiones. Los dos métodos más usuales para la aplicación de encuestas son en papel y en formularios electrónicos. En el presente documento se analiza el proceso de aplicación de cada método considerando: desde el definir el objetivo y cantidad de encuestados hasta el diseño, aplicación e interpretación de resultados, señalando sus ventajas y desventajas. También se analizan diversas herramientas en línea para la aplicación de encuestas electrónicas para determinar cuál es la más recomendable.
