Abstract

Se desarrolló un experimento en el área de aclimatización de la Universidad de Las Tunas con el objetivo de evaluar los efectos del BIOBRAS-16 en una dosis única y diferentes tiempos intensidades de iluminación en plantas in vitro de bananos cv. FHIA-18 en la fase de aclimatización. Las formas de aplicación del producto, fueron por inmersión de la raíz en el momento del trasplante Las dosis utilizada fue de 0.1 mg.L-1 y un testigo donde no se aplicó el producto y permaneció todo el tiempo a 75 porciento de reducción de la iluminación. En todos los experimentos se determinaron los porcentajes de supervivencia, altura de la planta, número de hojas, ancho y largo de la penúltima hoja y tamaño de la hoja, diámetro del seudotallo, número de raíces, longitud máxima y media del sistema radical. El diseño utilizado fue completamente al azar. Se obtuvo que la interrelación entre las mejores respuesta de intensidades luminosas con y sin la mejor dosis de Biobrás-16, resultó cuando se aplicó el bioestimulador.
