La Simplificación Normativa De La Adopción En El Estado De San Luis Potosí, Basada En Los Lineamientos De La Convención De Los Derechos Del Niño

Abstract

La figura jurídica de la adopción es una institución de interés público para el Estado Mexicano, por lo que resulta urgente la necesidad de reformar la ley sustantiva y adjetiva de la mayoría de los Estados que lo conforman para acelerar los trámites administrativos y judiciales en beneficio de los menores tomando en cuenta el interés superior y primordial del menor. En el México actual existen abundantes casos de niños e incapaces desamparados que se encuentran en la calle, maltratados por sus padres, terceros o simplemente abandonados a su suerte, por ello, la propuesta que se hace en este artículo de reformar la normativa en el Estado de San Luis Potosí con el fin de acelerar los procesos solicitados para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 4º Constitucional y 3º inciso D de la Ley General de los Derechos de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes, asimismo, es necesario analizar si a nivel internacional México da cumplimiento al contenido de la Convención de los Derechos del niño.
