Abstract

El presente ensayo aborda en base a una metodología dialéctica, las variables de constitucionalidad o inconstitucionalidad, acerca del artículo 61 fracción primera respecto a la Nueva Ley de Amparo, ello desde un tono crítico respecto a las consideraciones de regresividad que dicho precepto legal puede implicar, ello en la materia de improcedencia del Juicio en Materia de Amparo.
