Dado Para Extrusiones Por Medio Del Proceso Spark Plasma Sintering And Extrusion

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realiza el diseño de un dado para el extruido de un material Al 6061, basándonos en el esfuerzo máximo que se genera durante la operación de la extrusión. Se obtiene la forma ideal del dado con la cual se va a trabajar, se calcula la fuerza máxima necesaria para realizar la extrusión, con esta fuerza se obtienen los esfuerzos generados en la pared del dado. Posteriormente se hace un análisis con el software de elemento finito ANSYS y se comparan los resultados obtenidos con el esfuerzo permisible del material del dado, se obtiene un sistema que puede soportar los esfuerzos generados en este proceso.
