Abstract

El papel del director escolar es determinante para la consecución de los objetivos institucionales y con ello el logro de la calidad educativa. De tal forma que aquellos que ostentan dicho cargo deben contar con las competencias que fortalezcan su ejercicio. Y para ello, resulta indispensable, no sólo la experiencia administrativa y docente, es molar que las instituciones de educación contemplen en sus políticas, como piedra angular de su desarrollo, la formación de su cuadro directivo. Por tanto el presente trabajo está dedicado a la revisión del estudio del arte que guarda la formación directiva en las instituciones de educación.
