Los Grupos Económicos En Las Redes Coporativas De Las Sociedades Bursátiles Mexicanas

Abstract

En el presente trabajo exponemos brevemente tres tópicos fundamentales para entender la estructura y gobernanza de las grandes empresas en México, a saber: la arquitectura organizacional y las características generales de gobierno corporativo de los grupos económicos; los cambios que han sufrido en la última parte del siglo XX y principios del presente; y, por último, presentamos una descripción a grosso modo de la estructura de la élite empresarial resultado de un estudio que realizamos sobre redes de poder económico.
