Contribución Al Uso Eficiente De Energía En Transportadores De Sólidos Mediante Un Diagnóstico Energético

Abstract

Tomando como antecedentes el amplio uso de los equipos de transporte continuos de sólidos en la actualidad y su incidencia en el consumo de energía, se desarrolla un sistema de diagnóstico en ese tipo de equipos en la industria azucarera. En dicho sistema se analizan, mediante un algoritmo de cálculo aplicable a un software convencional, los indicadores de capacidad de trabajo, coeficiente de utilización técnica y el consumo de potencia, en estrecha relación con sus parámetros de diseño, todo ello facilitando las decisiones a tomar para que el proceso se realice con mayor eficiencia energética, con la consiguiente disminución del impacto ambiental negativo, dándole la oportunidad a profesores y estudiantes con el tema tratado de contribuir al desarrollo sostenible del país.
