Separación Cromatográfica Del Extracto De Hamelia Patens

Abstract

Hamelia patens es una planta medicinal ampliamente usada para tratar diferentes enfermedades debido a su efecto antiinflamatorio, la población la utiliza empíricamente para curar heridas y tratar la inflamación en el útero, sin embargo poco se conoce de su perfil fitoquímico. En este trabajo se realizaron extractos etanólicos y metanólicos de H. patens que fueron analizados a través de cromatografía en capa fina y en columna. Se encontraron las condiciones de fase estacionaria y fase móvil para obtener más de 100 fracciones de H. patens con dos fracciones puras. El perfil de composición fitoquímica de H. patens incluye la detección cualitativa de esteroides, saponinas, alcaloides, polifenoles y específicamente flavonoides, resultando positiva para todos estos.
